We want you to be happy with the products you receive from 1Stop Sports Gifts. If a product arrives broken or damaged in any way, call us immediately for replacement. If for some reason a product just doesn’t turn out to be what you wanted, return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it or give you a credit toward another gift. We want you to be thrilled with the gifts we offer, period!

We offer some products that are considered to be "Special Order" and these can't be returned, only replaced if damaged. This applies to items that are customized or personalized.
